Christina Loves… skiniD From Neutrogena Dermalogics

skinid I found skiniD in May of this year.  skiniD is a “personalized acne solution” from Neutrogena Dermalogics.  The idea is that you fill out a questionnaire online, and they come up with the perfect solution for your acne troubled skin.

Personally, my acne troubles are age related, I think.  I am no doubt no longer a teenager (and when I was, my skin was nearly perfect), and when I had my second child, all hell broke loose.  At this point, my skin looks great except for one time a month, when I get a blemish (or three) that takes nearly the entire next month to get rid of.  *sigh*

I have used many, many acne systems and products over the last 10 years, and I like something about all of them (Murad, PCA, Proactiv, omg so many…), but I have stuck with skiniD for the better part of this year, and don’t expect to go anywhere else anytime soon.  My skiniD treatment program is a cleanser, an anti-acne treatment, and acne treatment pads (12.32.38, if you want to know the gory details).  It also comes with a little tube of spot treatment.

I love the cleaner and the treatment pads, especially.  The cleanser is a foaming gel, and works flawlessly with my Clarisonic skin care brush (that is a must have for bad skin, trust me on this!).  The pads are effective and very nice to have around as an “extra” weapon.

skiniD can only be ordered online or by phone (1-866-742-0201), and your kit will cost you $39.90.  If you have a problem with acne, I definitely recommend you give skiniD a try – it has been very good for me!
