Hi BeautyTalk - it is so tough. I have tried to quit probably about 8 times, all with varying degrees of success. I have been quit 2 weeks today, and not only has it not been hard, I really don't think I am going back this time. I know I cannot just smoke one, and I don't want to even smoke one. It is the feeling I have always prayed for - I just don't want to smoke anymore at all. Hallelujah! :) Thanks for the comment, I really appreciate it so much. :)

I don't smoke but all of my close family and... actually most of my friends do. So I know how hard it is to give up smoking because all of them tried to and I witnessed their sufferings :-( But to my great regret none who I know ever stuck to their decision and would always start smoking again... :-( my stepdad went back to smoking even though once one of his lungs failed and he ended up in the ER... So hold on no matter how hard it is! Don't give up! It will do so much good to your health (and skin!!!)!!!

Wow Donna - thanks so much for the comment! You sound just like me, all the way down to the seasonal goo. Big congrats to you on quitting smoking too. I am glad to hear that the MC isn't worse than quitting smoking. :) I have just about decided to give it a try. I couldn't feel much worse than I do right now with this gnarly headache. Best of luck to you!!! xoxox

I just quit smoking for the last time also, on Dec 29th. :-) Congratulations and keep up the good work.

I've done the master cleanse 2x and I absolutely swear by it. The first time I did a 14 day cleanse, and felt like I had the flu for the first 2 days, but after that I was fine. I did it because I was feeling like you...just full of gunk, lethargic, etc. I felt absolutely amazing when i was done. I highly recommend it. It's tough to stay on it, but If you can give up cigs you can definitely do this...giving up the cigarettes are way harder.

I suffered from chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergies, and just general sinus annoyance for years after moving from NY to Atlanta. I started using Sinol Allergy Relief daily about a year ago, and I haven't needed a prescription, a nose drop or any allergy relief medicine since. I couldn't find it at the store, so I bought it online at their website sinolusa.com. I wasn't looking for all natural, just something that worked, I guess for me it's an added bonus that it's good for me.

Wishing you ALL THE BEST in your smoke free, cleansed future. ;-)
